Why this matters

The idea behind it

Some children need their hands busy to keep their attention still. Without something to squeeze, press, or stretch, the energy moves somewhere else - pencil tapping, chair rocking, blurting out, picking at skin.

The sensory squishy pad is a soft, gel-filled tactile surface that sits flat on a desk, a lap, or the floor. Your child presses, pinches, traces, or rests their palm on it while they listen, read, or wait. The hand stays occupied. The brain stays present. Silent in use - no sound penalty in classrooms or quiet rooms.

How to use it at home

Week 1

Pair it with a focus task

Place the pad on the desk during homework or reading. Don't introduce it as a toy — introduce it as a tool that goes with the hard work. Show them: one hand on the pencil, one hand on the pad. They press while they think.

Week 2

Take it where the focus breaks

Restaurant tables, doctor's waiting rooms, car back seats, classroom desks. The pad is small enough to travel and silent enough to use anywhere. Slip it into a bag and bring it out when the wait gets long.

Week 3

Notice the swap

Most children who use the pad stop reaching for the things they used to fidget with — the pencil case, the shirt collar, the sibling's arm. That swap is the goal. The fidget energy gets a home.

The NeuroBuddy promise

Every product is designed with occupational therapists

Our clinical panel works with Indian children every day. Every product is reviewed for safety, developmental fit, and how well it works in a real home — not just a clinic. If your child's OT recommends something different, listen to them first. We're a tool, not a substitute for therapy.
