Do I need a diagnosis to use NeuroBuddy products?
No. Our products and our Readiness Assessment help children based on what they're doing today, not on a diagnosis. NeuroBuddy is built for neurodiverse and developmentally different kids - autism, ADHD, sensory needs, speech delays - and for any child who needs a bit more support. If your child hasn't been assessed yet or is on a waitlist, you can still use NeuroBuddy.
What age range are NeuroBuddy products for?
Most launch products are designed for children aged 2 to 8, with some extending up to age 12. Each product page lists the recommended developmental age range. The Readiness Assessment recommends products based on what your child is doing today - not their birth age.
Will these products replace therapy?
No. NeuroBuddy products extend the work your therapist does in session into the hours at home. They are not a replacement for therapy, assessment, or medical advice.
Do the products come with instructions?
Yes. Every product ships with a parent guide in plain Hindi and English. The guide explains what the product is for, how to use it, common variations, and what to look for in your child's response.
What's the Readiness Assessment?
A free 17-question tool. You answer questions about what your child is doing today across communication, attention, social-emotional skills, daily living, sensory, and early academics. We send back a personalised plan with products, free PDFs, and short videos that match where your child is right now.
This assessment is helpful if your child is 2–7 years and you're working on foundational skills - talking, following instructions, attention, self-regulation, daily routines, sensory needs, or early academics. It may also benefit older children who are working on similar skills.
What matters most is your child’s current needs and abilities, rather than their age or school grade.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship across India only.
Can therapists or clinics buy in bulk?
Yes. We offer clinic partnerships and bulk pricing for occupational therapists, special educators, and developmental clinics. Write to care@neurobuddy.in with the name of your clinic and what you're looking for, and we'll respond within two working days.
What if a product doesn't work for my child?
Write to us. We'd rather help you find the right product than process a replacement for one that didn't fit. Our Replacement Policy covers damaged, defective, or missing items. Taking the Readiness Assessment before ordering helps avoid this.
