This is our main support channel. Whether it's a question about a product, an order issue, or you'd like to share how your child is responding to something - write here. We respond within 48 hours, usually much sooner.

For business and partnership enquiries

Therapy clinics, OTs, paediatricians, hospitals, retail partnerships, press, and bulk orders - email care@neurobuddy.in with "Partnership" in the subject line, and we'll revert.

Where we are

NeuroBuddy is based in Faridabad, India.

Our hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM IST. If you message us outside these hours, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday, we'll get back to you the next working day.

What to expect when you write

First reply within 48 hours , If something is more complex (a refund, a damaged shipment, a question for our OT advisor), we'll let you know the timeline up front - usually 3–5 working days.
