Peanut Ball
A wobbly little ball that helps busy bodies find their balance.
- They slouch, slide off chairs, or can't sit upright for long
- They fidget constantly during sit-down activities
- They seem clumsy or unsure of their footing
- They need to move to think — bouncing helps them focus
- They tire quickly during floor play or crawling
The idea behind it
The Peanut Ball is a favourite in OT clinics because it works with that. Its shape — two bulges with a saddle in the middle — makes it stable enough to sit or lie on, but active enough that the body has to keep adjusting. That small, constant work builds core strength, balance, and body awareness, the foundations for sitting still when it actually matters. Use it for gentle bouncing before homework, tummy-time rolls for younger children, or as a wobbly perch during read-aloud.
— Safety & care —
Always use with adult supervision. Inflate correctly using a hand pump; do not over-inflate (an over-inflated ball is unstable). Use on a soft floor away from sharp edges, stairs, and hard furniture. Not a toy for unsupervised play; not suitable for babies. Check regularly for wear and re-inflate as needed. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Material: anti-burst PVC.

Best for
Best for children who need to move to sit still, and children building core strength and balance.
What's inside
How to use it at home
Get used to the wobble
Let your child sit on it with feet flat on the floor and hands on your shoulders for balance. Just sitting is the work — their core is learning.
Add gentle bouncing
Hold their hands or hips and let them bounce lightly for one or two minutes. Use this before study, meals, or any task that needs a still, focused body.
Try tummy-time rolls
Lay them face-down draped over the ball and gently roll forward and back. It builds neck, back, and shoulder strength — and most children find it calming.
Reviews
Every product is designed with occupational therapists
Our clinical panel works with Indian children every day. Every product is reviewed for safety, developmental fit, and how well it works in a real home — not just a clinic. If your child's OT recommends something different, listen to them first. We're a tool, not a substitute for therapy.
