My day - Visual schedule
The day laid out on the fridge - so mornings feel like a treasure hunt, not a battle.
- Morning transitions turn into daily meltdowns
- Your child freezes when told what to do next
- "How many more minutes?" every ten minutes
- Homework or bath time feels like a negotiation from scratch every day
- A therapist has mentioned "visual supports" or "first-then" strategies
The idea behind it
My Day Visual Schedule turns your fridge into a friendly map of the day. 22 illustrated activity cards let you and your child choose the 10 that make up today - brush teeth, breakfast, school, play, dinner, story time, and more. Buddy walks alongside every step, from Start in the morning clouds to Finish at the treehouse.
Because your child helps choose the day, transitions stop being a fight. You point to the map instead of raising your voice.
Best for
Children who process the day better when they can see it. Especially helpful for children on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, sensory processing differences, or any child who thrives on structure and predictability. Also works beautifully for neurotypical siblings.
What's inside
How to use it at home
Set it up together
Every evening or morning, sit with your child and pick 10 activities together. Place the magnets on the numbered spots. Let them lead the choices.
Move Buddy through the day
As each activity is done, move it to the "All Done!" side. Celebrate effort with "You Tried!" when the finish wasn't there. Point to the map instead of raising your voice.
Let the day evolve
Some days go off script. Swap magnets, move Buddy back a spot, let the map shape around your child. The map is theirs to shape.
Reviews
Every product is designed with occupational therapists
Our clinical panel works with Indian children every day. Every product is reviewed for safety, developmental fit, and how well it works in a real home — not just a clinic. If your child's OT recommends something different, listen to them first. We're a tool, not a substitute for therapy.
Take the 5-minute Readiness Check
17 questions across 6 areas. At the end, you'll get a personalised list of which tools are right for your child today — and which to wait on.
