Why this matters

The idea behind it

Most fidgets keep hands busy with no purpose. The Fidget Bag is different.

Its activities - buttons, laces, zips, and snaps — are the same skills your child uses every morning to get dressed. While they fidget, they practise. While they wait, they learn. Perfect for waiting rooms, restaurants, car journeys, and the five minutes before school when everyone's rushing.

Made of soft felt: quiet enough for a classroom, light enough to fit in any bag, sturdy enough to survive years of small hands. Designed with our OT panel to build fine motor coordination without feeling like practice.

— Safety & care —
Suitable for children aged 3 years and up for independent use.
For ages 2–3, use only with an adult present.
Not suitable for children under 2 due to small parts (buttons, beads) - choking and strangulation risk.
Not suitable for children who put small objects in their mouths.
Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap; never machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
Replace if buttons, beads, or snaps loosen, or if laces fray.

Packed & marketed by NeuroBuddy India.

How to use it at home

Week 1

Show, then let go

Demonstrate each fastener once — button into hole, lace through eyelets, zip up and down. Then hand it over. Let your child explore in any order. No "first" activity, no test.

Week 2

Use it in the waiting moments

Slip it into your bag before appointments, meals out, and car journeys. Five to ten minutes at a time. Multiple short sessions beat one long one.

Week 3

Bridge to real clothes

Try the same fastener your child practised on the bag — on their actual shirt or shoe. Skills built on the bag transfer to real dressing within a few weeks.

The NeuroBuddy promise

Every product is designed with occupational therapists

Our clinical panel works with Indian children every day. Every product is reviewed for safety, developmental fit, and how well it works in a real home — not just a clinic. If your child's OT recommends something different, listen to them first. We're a tool, not a substitute for therapy.
